Andrew was unhappy with the aesthetics of his smile. He had 2 old anterior porcelain crowns that weren’t aesthetically pleasing and he wanted to improve his smile. These old faulty anterior porcelain crowns had decay around the margin of the crowns and he didn’t like the dark lines at the margins. His teeth were also discolored, dull, and misaligned. He didn’t like the shape and size of his teeth as well as the color.
I gave him a fuller, whiter, and straighter smile with 2 porcelain crowns and 8 porcelain veneers. This beautiful new smile brightened his face and he loves the final results. His brand new smile increased his self-confidence and he gets compliments on his gorgeous smile all the time.

This patient was not happy with his smile. His chief complaint was that when he smiled, he didn’t show many teeth and was embarrassed about it. He displayed very short, small, discolored, misaligned and worn down teeth. He had cavities and enamel loss due to grinding of his teeth. He also lost a lot of vertical dimension which caused him to have a “reverse smile” effect. He felt that his smile was uneven and worn-out and he wanted a change.
By using 10 porcelain veneers and 4 porcelain crowns, I was able to open his bite and lengthen his teeth. By opening his bite by 1 mm, I had more space and increased his vertical dimension. I gave him longer teeth with a fuller, whiter, straighter, and gorgeous smile with porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns. Therefore, this improved his function, health, and esthetics. I was able to address his chief complaint and gave him an amazing outcome! His brand new smile increased his self-confidence and now he loves his new dazzling smile!

This lovely patient was unhappy with her smile because her teeth were very short, small, dull, and stained. Also, she wasn’t happy because of discoloration and old dark faulty bondings which were worn out and had decay.
I was able to give her a fuller, brighter, whiter, straighter natural looking smile with 12 porcelain veneers. This was a super minimum prep case ( I adjusted less than 0.2 mm reduction). She wanted a more broader, fuller, and straighter smile.
