According to a recent survey by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), dentists are performing nearly 600,000 porcelain veneer procedures every year, making it the third most popular cosmetic dentistry enhancement provided by dentists. Dr. Michael J. Wei, a cosmetic dentist in Manhattan New York, says that many patients are seeking porcelain veneers to enhance their smiles. Dr. Wei also adds that the application of dental tooth veneers can also include the added benefit of providing fuller, more attractive lips while reducing facial wrinkles.
