She had 2 old porcelain veneers that weren’t aesthetically pleasing and the right front central veneer had fractured and fallen off which I had recemented. Her teeth were discolored, crooked and not proportional.

This patient was not happy with his smile. His chief complaint was that when he smiled, he didn’t show many teeth and was embarrassed about it. He displayed very short, small, discolored, misaligned and worn down teeth. He had cavities and enamel loss due to grinding of his teeth. He also lost a lot of vertical dimension which caused him to have a “reverse smile” effect. He felt that his smile was uneven and worn-out and he wanted a change.

By using 10 porcelain veneers and 4 porcelain crowns, I was able to open his bite and lengthen his teeth. By opening his bite by 1 mm, I had more space and increased his vertical dimension. She had old bondings that didn’t look natural and were worn down. She didn’t like the gap between her front teeth and her old faulty bondings. Also, she had discolored, short, and misaligned teeth.

This lovely patient had white spots (fluorosis), enamel defects (enamel hypoplasia) and multiple gaps between her teeth. Also, the size of the teeth were not proportional to her face. Because of all these issues, she was unhappy with her smile.

I was able to correct all these problems with 8 super minimum prep emax porcelain veneers (0.3 mm reduction) to fix decay, discoloration, white spots (fluorosis) and enamel defects (enamel hypoplasia). I did this in 2 simple painless visits.

This after photo was taken right after cementing upper super minimum prep porcelain veneers. The gums are still irritated and inflammed. They needed more time to heal.
